When conceptualizing her Fall 2004 line Maria Bianca Nero envisioned the exquisite clothes that an elegant, chic modern day woman would pack in her suitcase for a trip to the City of Light. In her bid to create lyrically beautiful pieces, Nero merged the romanticism of luxurious fabrics with the timeless elegance of fitted silhouettes. Madame Nero's lavish

herringbone coats, graceful tweed two pieces, playful charmeuse tops, opulent faux fur jackets and flowing chiffon dresses all culminated to create a dreamy look that resonates with love, poetry and Paris.

While Neros's daywear was prim, proper and lady-like, the designer opted to soften the edges by incorporating delicate sequins and lissome materials into her evening creations. The collection reached its crescendo with a gunmetal beaded lace strapless dress finished off with a vintage fur wrap. In this ensemble Maria Bianco Nero mixed just the right amount of playful sex appeal with innocent femininity, ultimately amplifying her message of glamorous sophistication.
