"For me they are like the begining of a painting, the background we never see afterwards.... a sketch and a spot used to place the work. They are dreams of paintings"

Jerome Boutterin

Jerome Boutterin lives and works in Paris.  For many years, Fashionlines has brought his exuberant, color driven canvases to our readers.  He has had personal exhibitions at Die Städtische Galerie, Waldkraiburg and Institut Français de  Freiburg & Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Toulouse, Allemagne-France, as well as Taché-Lévy Gallery, Brussels, and at Abbaye Saint-André, Centre d'Art Contemporain, Meymac Galerie Municipale, Vitry-sur-Seine Galerie de l'Ancien Collège, Ecole Municipale d'Arts Plastiques, Châtellerault, among other foundations and galleries.

His principal collective exhibitions include Foire Internationale d'Art de Rotterdam, Galerie Bernard Jordan (2004) and several FIAC seasons.   He has also shown with Art Brussels, 20th Contemporary Art Fair, and at Taché-Lévy Gallery, Brussels.

We hope you enjoy Jerome Boutterin's new work, to which he dedicates days of the week.
