Replacing pretty boarding school girls hailing from Essex with slightly irreverent recent Exeter graduates who summer in the Hamptons, Sir Smith has once again reinvented his signature style. His society darlings are still pure and fresh faced, but instead of squeaky-clean lace-hemmed sundresses they like to sport clothes meant for boys. These sweet girls’ wardrobes are filled with simple separates like seersucker shorts and brass button blazers just right for their Lacrosse player boyfriends. Who said preppy androgyny was an oxymoron?
