High Spirits
Written by Christine Suppes, Photography by Alain Rousseau
PARIS, July 7 - After a radical and strange departure from the designer’s effervescent and dramatic signature collections, Korean Ji Haye came roaring back to the path she knows best- classic, feminine looks with a modern touch and a twist of high spirits. We were happy to see her beautiful use of color---fiery oranges, cool waves of blue and forest greens.
Miss Haye’s inspirations were equestriennes, chic young ladies about town and of course, nature in all its forms. Miss Haye is popular with a younger couture clientele, who favor her light hearted yet mostly modest touch. And of course, Miss Haye’s ability to turn her fantasies into runway realities at such an exquisite level gets the nod from experienced collectors.
