Dutch duo Viktor & Rolf seem like they are having such a good time creating ruffled "upside down" gowns.  And the jacket is a pant in the hands of these designers.  Those are the fashion goofs we have come to expect from them.  But some of the gowns were exquisite, liquid perfection.  But Shhhhh---don't tell Viktor & Rolf or they will stop making their pretty selections.  At least that's how it seems to us.  Art, surreal and very Dutch humored---nice jokes for fashionistas with overstuffed closets.
