Ghost is resurrected. Last season Fashionlines criticized Ghost for abandoning its cheerful approach to fashion articulated through powdery pastels and feminine silhouettes. The labels grown up and somber autumnal look just did not do it for us.

Well, much to our delight, this spring Ghost reverted back to constructing lovely, ephemeral, weightless clothes in aqua green, powder blue, citrus lime, and peachy pink. Accentuated by eyelet lace trims, mini button details, flowing chiffon bows, and light floral embroideries, Ghost’s new creations celebrate youthful grace.

The irresistible charm of Ghost’s new collection lies in its unassuming spirit. These modern reinterpretations of ladylike clothes of times past are the perfect amalgamation of retro chic and contemporary cool.

This season Ghost has even managed to make petticoats look positively cutting edge, undeniably desirable.
