Clements Riberio showed a pared down collection made up of 19 looks. The necessity to keep the spring line lean was caused by manufacturing problems, but what may have seemed like an impediment at first, turned out to be an advantage for the design team.

Pressed with the need and urgency to come up with a strong collection that captured the label’s true essence, C&R decided to go back to the basics. Referencing their early work in the form of print cotton coats, geometric pattern cashmere sweaters, striped Capri pants, and A-line tops, the resourceful duo produced a chick array of elegant clothes.

This jubilant ‘home-coming’ is bound to earn Clements Riberio a solid place among fashionable hipsters, who have penchant for colorful, crisp design.

Be forewarned that this season Clements Riberio was successfully reinvented in its own image.
