Adam's Rib
By Christine Suppes

Paris, July 7th - Adam Jones, who worked with John Galliano debuted his own collection this season, and he took the theme of the historical American West as his inspiration. He worked feathers into delicate and spidery knit gowns, and showed silver studded jeans under dashing fur and suede coats with feather accents. Jones’ collection would work well in Aspen, Sun Valley or at the Sundance Film Festival. This look would also be chic in Lhasa or Los Angeles (on a cold day). Some people don’t like a look that conjures up these places. Fashionlines however likes it very much, and plans to report more on this fascinating designer.
