The Two Trans (parency and exual)
By Christine Suppes
Paris, July 7th - Utilizing exquisite laces, wools and satins, couturier and cross dresser Laurent Mercier showed grieving widows in black veils with crystal tear drops on their cheeks. But these widows were decidedly a different breed from what we expect. They wore nipple tassels on their diaphanous lace blouses which often accompanied see through lace trousers or mega-mini skirts. The widows also got out to do a bit of sports, judging by their lace “sports jackets” with racy stripes and low slung “sweat pants”. Mixing strip tease and athletics is an interesting concept that probably not a lot of couture clients can relate to, but the fabrics and laces are so gorgeous that Mr. Mercier can most likely be counted upon to add some lining to the pants and remove the nipple tassels. The look is extremely high end sportif and (with the aforementioned alterations) red carpet.
