British born Suzanne Clements and her husband,
Brazilian Inacio Ribeiro (Clements Ribeiro) took on the lofty task of
reenergizing a 70s style icon in 2000. Little flowers on girly shorts and
dresses appeared on the runway, much to the great delight of schoolgirls and
wanna-be schoolgirls who comprise the Cacharel clientele. C.S.
